She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roderick Castille and Mary Lee Higginbotham; her husband Philip Trahan; and her brother Duane Castille. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Benoit (Dwayne) of Rayne, LA, Michelle Dumas (Matt) of Duson, LA and Simone Trahan (Steven) of Duson; her grandchildren, Kellie Bilyeu, Landon Benoit, Ryan, Greyson Dumas, Mikal Trahan, Jayden and Alyssa Breaux; her great grandchildren, Sofia, Isabella and Amelia Bilyeu; her siblings, Lisa Azizi (Zee) of Lafayette, LA and Kevin Castille of Church Point; and her aunts, Priscilla Credeur, Judy Castille Saucier and Mariyah "Angel" Coleman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Guidry Funeral Home (219 N Broadway St, Church Point, LA 70525). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A rosary was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
