He is survived by: his wife Jeri L. LaPointe of Branch; his children, Neil (Menette LaPointe) of Kingsland, GA, Logan J. LaPointe, Jr. of Branch, Kimmy (Trudy Abshire) of Meaux and Terrie (Daniel Domingue) of Kaplan; his sisters, Jane Foegelle of San Antonio, TX, Naida Rector of Kaplan and Toni Wenberg of Hawaii; and his grandchildren, Jared (Melanie Prejean) of Meaux, Mitchell Prejean of Meaux, Megan (Trey Harrington) of Meaux, Trudi Abshire of Meaux, Tyler, Casey Domingue of Kaplan, Ryan LaPointe (Remanda Fenner) of Kingsland, GA and Meah LaPointe of Kingsland, GA.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
