He is survived by: his wife Wanna Smith Bellard of Church Point; his daughters, Annette B. Clavier and Karen Smith (Troy); his grandchildren, Katie Ray (Glenn), Cody Clavier (Megan), Samantha Boudreaux (Matt) and Megan Preuett (Jake); and his great grandchildren, Briley Ray, Noah Clavier, Lucas Clavier and Walker Boudreaux. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
