She was predeceased by: her husband Rick D. Adams; her daughter Wendy C. Creel; her grandson Blake Creel; her parents, William Brister and Juanita Brister; her stepmother Mary Ann Brister; and her sister Caroline Hyett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole (Lee Fontenot) of Church Point and Laurie (Brian Tolbert) of Longwood, FL; and her stepson Chris Adams of Shreveport. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic New Cemetery (2153 Lawtell Hwy, Church Point, LA 70525).
