She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Leroy Briley; her parents, Fatty Olivier and Evelyn Olivier; and her siblings, Julian, Huey, Byron, Shirley and Cynthia.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Elkins Leger of Church Point, Mona E. Thibodeaux of Opelousas and Craig J. Briley of Baton Rouge; her sisters, Beverly Quebodeaux of Church Point and Judy Decou of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Brandi Kuhn, Alex K. Thibodeaux, Skylar J. Thibodeaux and Meghan Briscoe; and her great grandchildren, A'mya, A'liyah, A'lysia, A'lexia and Evie.
