He is survived by: his wife Mary R. Lavergne of Church Point; and his siblings, Ethel (Darold Thibodeaux) of Opelousas, Rose Gros of Fordoche, Mildred (Lee Louviere), Theresa Lavergne of Opelousas, Verna (Andrew Andrus) of Biloxi, MS, Ray (Anna Lavergne) of Ville Platte, Paul (Brenda Lavergne) of Prairie Ronde and Eugene (Sybil Lavergne) of Sunset. He is also survived by grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
