He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Oran Perkins, Sr. and Margaret Ingram Perkins; his siblings, Richard, Carl Perkins, Peggy Esparza, Mildred Love, Nellie Cook and Florence Perkins; and his mother-in-law Gertie Barousse.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Barousse Perkins of Church Point; his children, Jimmy Perkins (Miranda), Theresa Perkins Guenther (David) and Jackie Perkins McCutchen (Stephen); his sisters, Betty Stevenson, Kristine Espinosa (Pete) and Billie Rosenberger; and his parents-in-law, Johnny Barousse, Laura Barousse, Ray, Becky Bourque, Chuck, Tina Saichuk, Bill and Karen Quirk. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
