He was predeceased by: his former wife JoAnn Babineaux Roy; his parents, Leo Roy, Sr. and Lillian Breaux Roy; and his siblings, Amanda R. Cormier, Eva R. Gautreaux, Gladys R. Bellard, Walter Roy, Wilfred Roy, Wilton Paul Roy, Leo Roy, Jr., Wilbert Roy, Chester Roy and Ivy Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Grace Touchet Roy of Lafayette; his children, Stephanie R. Lormand (Clayton) of Mire, Nicole R. Cary (Zachary) of Rayne, Angie R. Duhon (Johnathan) of Lafayette, Donald Roy (Janet) of Youngsville and Scotty Roy (Belinda) of Mire; his stepson Timothy Beckius (Lisa) of Shreveport; and his sister Rose R. Venable of Mire. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
