He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierre Thibodeaux and Elvina Carriere; his great grandchild Axel Richard; his brother Russell Thibodeaux; and his nephews, Kendall, Hunter and Daniel Thibodeaux.
He is survived by: his wife Janell M. Thibodeaux of Lafayette; his daughters, Pamela Wimberly (Guy) of Lafayette, Elizabeth Thibodeaux of Broussard, LA, Allyson Thibodeaux of Lafayette, Ella Thibodeaux (Michael) of Church Point, Dianne Green (William) of Sunset, LA and Sarah Dimonde (Miles) of Carencro, LA; his siblings, Albercy Henry (Kenneth) of Church Point, Bonita Brown (Curt) of Lawtell, LA, Calvin Thibodeaux (Judy) of Church Point, J. Y and Shelton Thibodeaux of Mermentau, LA; and his sister-in-law Sandra Thibodeaux of Church Point. He is also survived by many foster sons, foster daughters and foster grandchildren.
