We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2019, at the age of 80, Elridge Benoit (Church Point, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elrita Gary Benoit; his son Curt James Benoit; his parents, Delano Benoit and Francis Thibodaux Breaux; and his siblings, Lloyd Phillip Benoit, Alphonse Benoit, Helen Benoit and Barbara Forestier.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra "Sis" Benoit of Mire and E. J. Benoit of Carencro; his sisters, Ruth Benoit of Rayne, Betty Hebert of Carencro and Edolia Credeur of Scott; his stepsisters, Delores Babineaux of Lafayette and Dorothy Thibodeaux of Scott; his grandchildren, Kerry (Amber Benoit) of Judice and Kim Benoit of Youngsville; and his great grandchildren, Jordan Forbes, Adam Benoit, Skylar Prejean, Alexis Benoit and Hailee Castete.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested to please make donations to Hospice of Acadiana and or Riverside Church of Christ.
