He was predeceased by: his parents, Eluce Leger and Lillia Doucet; his wife Versie Godeau Leger; and his brothers, Ivey Leger, Preston Leger and Horace Leger.
He is survived by: his sons, Calvin Leger (Pauline) of Lafayette, LA and Rickey Leger (Kelly) of Carencro, LA; his grandchildren, Corey Leger, Nicole Michaud, Jennifer Leger and Eric Leger (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Kole Hartdegen and Owen Leger; and his sisters, Lee Anna Leger Ledoux and Leocarlie Leger Young.
