She was predeceased by: her son Jerry Wimberley; her son-in-law Gerard Barousse; her great grandchild Rhett Wimberley; her parents, Harry McBride and Myrtle R. McBride; and her parents-in-law, May and Irvin Wimberley.
She is survived by: her husband Jessie Wimberley of Church Point; her children, Rachel Wimberley of Church Point, Jessica Barousse of Church Point, D'Lane (Gabe Thomas) of Church Point and Mitchel (Stacy Wimberley) of Church Point; her daughter-in-law Robyn Wimberley of Lafayette; and her sisters, Janell Henry of Rayne, Guinny Wimberley of Church Point, Henrietta Guidry of Sulphur, Pearl (Bobby Wimberley) of Church Point and Harriet Racca of Iowa. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
