He is survived by: his wife Annette B. Guidry; his children, Curley J. Guidry, IV (Elysia Haley), Tabatha (Joshua Lavergne) of Church Point and Amy (Ben Guidry) of Church Point; his sister Melissa Guidry Higginbotham of Church Point; and his grandchildren, Curley J. Guidry (C. J.), Charles J. Guidry, Caroline Guidry, Emma Guidry, Madelyn Lavergne and Aubrielle Lavergne.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Duhon Funeral Home Church (701 S Broadway St, Church Point, LA 70525). A rosary was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 1:25 PM at the Opelousas General Hospital. A Mass was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (114 Bienvenu St, Church Point, LA 70525).
