He was predeceased by: his children, Bernard Johnson and Alania Johnson; his parents, Morris Johnson and Hartense Johnson; and the mother of his children Shirley Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Leona L. Johnson of Church Point; his sons, Dwayne of Houston, TX, Gordon of Houston, TX and Christian Johnson of Houston, TX; and his stepsons, Randal (Melisa Guillory) of Church Point and Antonio Guillory of Church Point. He is also survived by half brothers and half sisters; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
