Elkins (Church Point, Louisiana), born in Ville Platte, Louisiana, who passed away on October 26, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Louise Hawks of Oklahoma; her parents, John Soileau and Agnes Soileau; her husband Hilman J. Elkins; her daughter Donna Walker; her grandchild Nicholas Elkins; and her great grandchild Dax Lejeune.
She is survived by: her children, Wendell Glen Elkins of Church Point, David Kevin Elkins (Shirley Smith) of Summerville, SC., Brenda Richard (Ray Allen) of Church Point and Sandra Bellard (Lawrence) of Lake Arthur, LA. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
