He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore Richard and Clothile Leger. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Pampy" Richard of Eunice; his children, Renee Fruge (Pat) of Basile, LA, Cherie Pitcock (Ron) of Denver, CO and Todd Richard (Pam) of Central, LA; his grandchildren, Drew, Matt Fruge, Michael, Callie, Colin, Seth Richard, Jordan, Ashleigh Antrim, Jacie, Ron Jr. and Travis Pitcock; his great grandchildren, Gus and Lex Fruge; and his sister Virgie Arnold of Opelousas, LA..
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Guidry Funeral Home (219 N Broadway St, Church Point, LA 70525). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
