He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie R. Collins and Mattie Holt Collins; his sons, Randall Carl Collins and Kevin Reed Collins; and his grandson-in-law Brian Burway.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy McCormack Collins; his son Russell Wayne Collins (Bettye); his grandchildren, Danna Collins Burway, Ryan Collins (Jo Ellen), Brandon Collins (Cassandra) and Rance Collins (Jana); his stepgrandson Dane Doucet (Brandi); his great grandchildren, Tyler Burway, Lauren Collins, Cameron Collins, Ethan Collins, Sydney Boyd and Elliott Collins; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor Crow, Tyler Crow, Gage Doucet and Mabry Doucet; his great great grandchildren, Zoey Crain and MaKenna Sheldon; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Brandon, Rance, Kristian and Elliot Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
