She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Edward and Myrtle Bailey (McDonald); her husband James Willis; her sons, Ricky Price and Dwayne Price (Shannon) of Grand Isle, LA; her grandchildren, James Long, Tylor Miller, Lyndsey Pouncey, Landon Burleigh, Brittany Price, Corey Price and Michael Ingerson; and her sisters, Dorlis Ritchie of Baton Rouge, LA and Cheryl Waquespack of Ruston, LA.. She was also cherished by 9 great grandchildren.
