It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Beth Pesnell of Choudrant, Louisiana, born in Jonesboro, Louisiana, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Varner and Letha Varner; her siblings, Mildred, Sybil, Doris, Max and Harvey; and her grandson Aaron Pesnell.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Pesnell Scott (Jeff) of Homer, Renee Duke (Jeffery) of Dubach, Mark Pesnell (Wendy) of Choudrant and Jenifer Pesnell of Maurice, Louisiana; and her sister Diane Varner Ferguson of Chatham. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
