Though Esther Laurene may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby C. Brister; her parents, Shady Pesnell and Erma Lee Pesnell; her brothers, Edroe (Betty Marie Pesnell), Harold Pesnell, Bill (Christine Pesnell) and Claude Pesnell; and her great grandchild Lincoln Thomas Brister.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Brister (Debbie) of Ruston, LA, Larry Brister of Choudrant, LA and Steve Brister (Jennifer) of Choudrant, LA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Choudrant (119 Oak St, Choudrant, LA 71227). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
