We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2024, at the age of 94, Dorothy M. Byrnside in Choudrant, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer H. Wilson and Cena Bearden Wilson; her husband Crawford Byrnside; her sons, Palmer Wilson "Pat" Byrnside and Crawford Fred Byrnside; her grandson Buddy Byrnside; her siblings, Johnny Wilson and Virginia "Ginger" Wilson; and her niece Terri Owens.
She is survived by: her daughter Jean B. Maza (Jerry) of Choudrant; her sister Lillian W. Ginn of Ruston; her daughter-in-law Patricia "Patty" Owens Byrnside of Strong, Arkansas; her sister-in-law Agnes Thomas Wilson of Farmerville; and her grandchildren, Shannon W. Spillers, Joshua Hood (Lori), Jimmy R. Byrnside (DeeDee) and Kristi Byrnside Smith (Billy).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sardis Baptist Church (222 Sardis Church Rd, Farmerville, LA 71241). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
