He was predeceased by: his uncle Roger. He is survived by: his parents, Malcom Campbell and Sallie Campbell; his wife Pamela Kay Varner Campbell; his brothers, Clint Campbell (Patricia), Benjamin Carter Campbell (Tonya) and Tracy Manuel (Lynette); and his aunt Celine Campbell.
