He is survived by: his siblings, Doyle Pilcher (Katie) and Devone Pilcher; his son Bobby J. Milner (Barbara); his grandchildren, Brandon J. Milner and Bethany Hearne (Jacob); and his great grandchildren, Emma Barber, Ella Milner, Tucker Hearne and Ava Hearne.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Choudrant Memorial Cemetery.
