It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ural Antoine Neal of Chauvin, Louisiana, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Neil and Beulah Blanchard Neil; his brother Julius Neil; and his siblings-in-law, Bernard Lapeyrouse, Albert White, Robert White, Edia Neil and Julia White.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma White Neal; his children, Sammy Lee Neal and Sandy Neal Matzke (Paul); his grandchildren, Shannon Matzke Badortha (Dylan), Hunter Matzke (Courtney Serigne) and Garin Matzke; his siblings, Leeland Neil (Emily), Russell Neil (Sally) and Elaine N. Lapeyrouse; and his siblings-in-law, Enis White, Jr., Eldrid White (Susie), George White (Debbie), Rita W. Breaux, Deanna W. Compeaux (Cleveland), Shirlene W. Hummel (George), Barbara Anne W. Bourg (Terry) and April W. Wells (Pershing). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
