She was predeceased by: her father Leeroy Sevin; and her siblings, Thomas Sevin, Leepaul Sevin and Grace Sevin. She is survived by: her husband O'Neil T. Theriot; her children, Nicole Hebert Hayes (Johnny) and O'Neil T. Theriot Jr. (Amber); her grandchildren, Gabriel Theriot, Adriella Theriot, Hannah Thibodaux and Jobe Thibodaux; her mother Diane Sevin; and her sister Lori Thibodaux (Mark). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
