It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Antoine Authement Sr. of Chauvin, Louisiana, who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcide Authement and Nita Lirette Authement; and his sister Mae Authement Chauvin (Edwin). He is survived by: his wife Eulalie LeBlanc Authement; his sons, Russell Authement, Jr. and Richard "Ricky" Authement (Lona); his grandchildren, Gary Authement, Dr. Amy Authement, Jason Authement and Megan Authement; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Authement, Everett Authement, Anne Marie Authement, Alice Authement and Edith Waguespack.
