He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Neil; his parents, Nolan "Nollie" Neil and Doris Roddy Neil; and his brother Roosevelt "Kie" Neil. He is survived by: his children, Michael Neil, Dianne Neil Romero (Walter Romero Jr.), Nolan Roy Neil and Rodney Neil (Faith); his sister Dorothy Neil Bergeron; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Romero, Kevin Romero, Jonathon Romero, Charisma Neil, Sage Neil and Blake Neil. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
