He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hebert and Betty Lagrange Hebert. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Fanguy Hebert; his children, Cody Hebert (Magan), Shawn LeBlanc and Amiee H. Christie; his stepbrothers, Wade Hebert and Todd Hebert; and his grandchildren, Austin Hebert, Carter Hebert, Garret Christie and Nicholas Christie.

Donations in lieu of flowers preferred.
