She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Carlos and Aline Chiasson Carlos; her son Derrel James Hebert; and her siblings, John "Beo" Carlos, Caroline "Toby" Carlos Martin and Marion Carlos Thibodeaux Monk.
She is survived by: her husband Reis Hebert; her daughter Roxanne Hebert Theriot (Barry Theriot) of Bourg, LA; her grandchildren, Hunter Jason Theriot of Nashville and Brooke Theriot Brunet (Coby Brunet) of Bourg; her great grandchildren, Brayden Brunet and Cohen Brunet; her siblings, Durle Carlos (Barbara) and Yvonne Carlos Charpentier (Carroll Charpentier); and her parents-in-law, Henry and Julienne Duplantis Hebert. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
