He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Sevin Savin; his daughters, Ethelyn "Wanda" Boquet (Terry Sr.) and Mary S. Gautreaux (Adam Jr.); his grandchildren, Boquet Tieken (Hunter), Terry Boquet, Jr. (Victoria), Katie G. Callahan (Logan) and Adam Gautreaux IV; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Tieken and Aiden Boquet.
