Jake Louis Jeffery Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2020, at the age of 33, Jake Louis Jeffery of Chauvin, Louisiana, born in Bourg, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Beverly and Carl Boquet Sr.; and his stepgrandfather Sidney Theriot. He is survived by: his mother Tammy Jeffery Theriot; his stepfather Craig Theriot Sr.; his siblings, Leonard Jeffery (Nikki), Jessica Jeffery (Travis) and Kimberly Jeffery; his stepsiblings, Craig Theriot Jr., Rusty, Lacey, Shadie and Shelby; and his stepgrandmother Lois Theriot. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for burial expenses.
