He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Price Jr. and Effie Bourg Price; his son Wade Paul Price; his siblings, Cyrus Price, Timothy "Timmy" Price, Jimmy Price and Vivian Marie; and his parents-in-law, Pierre L. and Olivia Pellegrin Constrantchis.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie C. Price; his daughter Prudence Simmons (Dave); his siblings, William "Yom" (Pauline), Ronald (Donna), Margaret LeBouef and Wendy Guidry (Dirk); and his stepchildren, Daniel, Benjamin McElroy and Rachel Shoop. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchild.
