He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Chauvin; his son David Chauvin; his parents, Clay Chauvin and Louise Chauvin; and his siblings, Eleanor Charpentier, Elry LeBoeuf, Elma Boudreaux, Elton Chauvin and Earl Chauvin.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Authement (Mark); his grandchildren, Justin Authement (Harley), Sunni Cadiere (Seth) and Todd Authement (Hailey Rodgers); and his great grandchild Wrenn Cadiere.
