He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalie Bascle; and his parents, Elmo Bascle Sr. and Essie Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Lynette Lovell, Tommy Bascle, Todd Bascle Sr., Lynn Bascle and Elmo Bascle III; and his siblings, Jeanette Bouvier (Alfred Bouvier) and Ira Bascle (Brenda Bascle). He is also survived by grandchildren and 6 great grand children.
