He is survived by: his wife Elvira "Vera" Carlos; his son Gavin Carlos (Stephanie Savoie); his stepchildren, Ben Davila (Jackie) and Deanna Davila (late T. J.); his father Ferrel Paul Carlos; and his siblings, Bartholomew "B. J." Carlos, Laddie Carlos, Trudy Boudreaux (Don) and Vonnie Dee Carlos. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
