It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Gautreaux of Chauvin, Louisiana, who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Murphy; her parents, Alphonse Hebert and Elodie Brunet Hebert; and her siblings, Rufus Hebert, Philip Hebert, Mabel Matherne, Olive LeBlanc and Jackie LeBouef.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Gautreaux (Donna) of New Iberia, LA, Keith Gautreaux of Chauvin, LA and Carrie Gautreaux Stansbury (Drake) of Morgan City, LA; her grandchildren, Kyle Gautreaux (Kelsey) and Brian Gautreaux (Jean); her great grandchildren, Cole and Crew Gautreaux; and her sister-in-law Audrey Hebert. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
The use of proper social distancing and mask are encouraged to be worn at the church during visitation and services.
