He was predeceased by: his wife Lou J. Estay; his parents, Antoine "Tan" Estay and Patsy Ory Estay; his sister Janice Estay Steele; his father-in-law Norvel P. Jackson, Sr.; and his stepfather-in-law Leroy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shanna "Scoop" M. Estay (Shaun) and Dawn "Dee" Estay Voisin (Barry); his granddaughters, Kiarra "Kiki", Rhianna "RhiRhi" Little, Izabella "BooBoo" and Elliana "LouBug" Voisin; his siblings, Wayne Estay (Donna), Toni Estay Cheramie (Butch), Terri Estay and Tammy Estay; and his mother-in-law Louverda T. Jackson Ledet.
In lieu of flowers, Allen's final wishes were - Vote Trump 2020.
