He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Smith and Minnie Hearn Smith; his wife Lola Mae Smith; and his siblings, Waynie Smith, Homer Smith, Hamp Smith, Effie Simons, Edna Womack and Evelyn Franks.
He is survived by: his children, Sheree Smith (Ralph Johnson), Freddie Smith (Sharon) and Donnie Smith; his grandchildren, Jeff Rawls, Joey Rawls (LeAnn), Jennifer Ortego (Matt) and Caleb Smith (Staci); his great grandchildren, Cullen Rawls, Kyler Rawls and Keelin Rawls; his great great grandchildren, Ella Grace Rawls and Casen Wayne Rawls; his sister-in-law Christian; and also, Jeff Rawls, Joey Rawls, Caleb Smith, Cullen Rawls, Kyler Rawls and Keelin Rawls. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brother-in-law.
Due to the Governors current mandate, masks and social distancing will be required for Mr. Smith's services.
