She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dwaine and Margaret Ernestine Braswell (Sedberry). She is survived by: her husband Jewel Lavelle Smith; her children, Leslie Mathews, Melonie Williamson and Michael Ray Smith; her grandchildren, Nick Calderon, Calderon, Krystal Mallory Bougues, Matthew Williamson and Peyton Gunner Smith; and her brother Tommy Braswell.
