He was predeceased by: his parents, John Crumby and Charlene Crumby. He is survived by: his wife Carmon Crumby of Chatham, LA; his daughters, Robin Krantz (Kevin) of Keithville, LA, Cortney Crumby of Jonesboro, LA and Sayde Crumby of Chatham, LA; and his grandchildren, Truman, Danielle, Eli, Noah and Katie. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
