He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Frank and Dorothy Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Debra Frank; his children, Branden Whatley, Demetris Johnson, Briana Frank and Trenell Campbell; and his siblings, Edward Frank, Sr. (Aliska), Joseph Frank (Karen), Eugene Frank (Patricia), Lillie Stewart and Racheal Penns. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church (1262 Bobtown Rd, Charenton, LA 70523). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
