He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Hebert; his wife Angelle Courville Hebert; his daughter Tammy Hebert Templet; his mother Angele Simoneaux Davis; his stepparents, Charlie Davis and Martha Simoneaux Hebert; and his siblings, Yvonne Schaubert, Eva Benoit, Gloria Moreaux, Mary Lee Derouen, Annabelle Louviere, Lawless Savoie, LeRoy Savoie, Lionel Savoie Jr. and David Hebert.
He is survived by: his son Dudless J. Hebert Jr. (Shawndell); his grandchildren, Fallon Louviere (Mark), Joshua Hebert (Claudine) and Matthew Templet; his great grandchildren, Mark Louviere Jr., Destiny Louviere, Dylan Louviere, Zoie Louviere, Tucker Hebert, Tanner Hebert, Vincent Templet, Benjamin Templet and Maci Templet; and his siblings, Theresa Schexnider, Lettress Aucoin and Eveline Metts. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
