She was predeceased by: her parents, Romalda Flores and Juan Fernandez. She is survived by: her children, Yaneth Martinez and Pablo Martinez; and her siblings, Lucina, Petrona Fernandez and Prudensio Fernandez. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, everyone in attendance is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
