It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilfred Louis Huet (Chalmette, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly M. Huet; his parents, Rene Huet and Fortunee Huet; and his siblings, Rene, Margarite, Yvette and Doris Huet.

He is survived by: his children, Gregory Louis Huet (Ingrid) and Michele Huet Gardner (David); and his grandchildren, Ashley Renee, Kaylyn Michele, Brennan David, Lauren Rice and Michaela Rice.
