He is survived by: his wife Thipphavanh Chanthasalo; his children, David Chanthasalo (Jessica Corzo), Diane Chanthasalo and Diana Chanthasalo; his grandchildren, Kayla, Christian, Anthony, Karlie, Bella and Micah; and his great grandchild Kaden. He is also survived by his 3 sisters and 4 brothers.
