He was predeceased by: his son Russell Joseph Prats, Jr.; his grandson Matthew Gordon Smith, Jr.; his father Vincent Junior'Prats, Sr.; his sister Melissa Ann Ansardi; and his grandparents, Leon and Agnes Nunez.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette "Nettie" Morales Prats; his children, Sherry (Jess), Rachel, Kristy (Jeremiah), Chad (Ashley) and Dustin (Janice); his grandchildren, Zoe, Julia, Jax, Damon, Leila, Evan, Joe, Gavin, Gage, Grayson, Lawrence Jr., Shae, Chad, Jr., Maya and Layla "Bug"; his great grandchild Gavin Russell; his mother Leona Alexander; his siblings, Charlotte (Bernard), Wanda (Scott), Brian, Tony, Kevin and Vincent (Denise); and his sister-in-law Barbara Seal (Richard). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
