She was predeceased by: her husband Gus Jr.; her parents, Catherine Meyer Martin and Reinhardt Martin; her sisters, Yvonne M. Gerdes and Dorothy M. Vinsanau; her grandson Nicholas Barrios; her daughter-in-law Terri Barrios; and also Barrios, Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Barrios and Daniel Barrios (Carol); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Barrios, Rachel Barrios and Alicia Barrios Mahaffey (David); and her great grandchildren, Glenn Glaub and Liam Mahaffey.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made, in her memory, to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
