He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bennett and Leah Alicia Jackson Bennett; and his brother William Bennett (Judy Bennett). He is survived by: his wife Linda Gagliano Bennett; his daughters, Alicia Bennett-Williams (Jason A. Heggelund) and Desiree Eden Bennett; his siblings, Martha Counsil (Philip Counsil), Loretta Goldman (Terry Goldman) and Jim Bennett; and his granddaughter Falyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home (701 W Virtue St, Chalmette, LA 70043). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Romel's.
