He was predeceased by: his wife Annabelle Estaves Nunez; his parents, Robert Nunez Sr. and Marie Baudet Nunez; his sister Vivian Acosta; and his niece Suzanne Acosta.

He is survived by: his brothers, Gary H. Nunez and Wayne J. Nunez Sr. (Arlette); his nieces and nephews, Wayne J. Nunez Jr., Matthew E. Nunez (Ashley), Nancy Acosta and Earline L'Hoste (Craig); and his great-nephew Kristopher Graffagnino.

Due to COVID-19, face masks and social distancing are required.
