He was predeceased by: his wife Lynne Bridget Egan Bozant; his parents, Gilbert Bozant Sr. and Louise Hery Bozant; and his siblings, Gilbert Bozant Jr. and Nezida Sander (Alfred).
He is survived by: his children, Bridget Bozant Russell (Lee) and Marvin E. Bozant, Jr.; his granddaughters, Stephanie Lynne Calvin (Brian), Olivia Bozant and Emily Bozant Stanley (Joseph); and his great grandchild Chelsea Claire Calvin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church (2320 Paris Rd, Chalmette, LA 70043). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Marvin's.
